Since Donald J. Trump won the Presidential election on November 9th, liberals have been up in arms over it. Social media became flooded with angry messages and videos of triggered liberals ranting about how they are going to be put into concentration camps like Auschwitz or how they will get deported. When that didn’t quench their thirst for attention, they saturated the streets with hate speech against Trump with signs displaying “Prexit” and “Dump the Trump”. Even better, the popular Clinton campaign slogan “Love Trumps Hate” is now ironic, as the anti-Trump rallies have become violent with cop cars being destroyed and american flags being burned. Liberals have also begun to wear safety pins as a symbol for support to those “affected” by the election, further enhancing their image as cry babies.

Now before you grab your torches and pitchforks and flounce my home, I do understand that being uneducated about our government makes it difficult to understand anything beyond your safe space with the increase of one track minds in society. When Donald Trump takes office in January of 2017, he can not simply declare that minorities and the LGBT community be exiled from the US. We have what is called checks and balances. Checks and balances are counterbalancing influences by which an organization or system is regulated, typically those ensuring that political power is not concentrated in the hands of individuals or groups.

Think of this election like a piece of toast that has one side buttered and the other jellied. Some people prefer butter and some prefer jelly. However, people who prefer jelly hate seeing butter so they vote to have the toast flipped over. If they still see the butter they become enraged because it’s not what they want. Now the jelly is not gone it’s just not visible. It’s still ensuring the toast will taste deplorable.

So stay seated until the 4 year roller coaster has come to an end and keep all protest sign holding hands inside the vehicle at all times. The ride may seem scary at times, but in the end you won’t be dead. For those not wanting to participate can go cry and complain in the designated safe space.
