ISIS took responsibility for a July suicide bombing at the Iraqi embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan’s capital, and for an August attack on a mosque in Herat that killed 29 people.  Nonetheless, America is claiming we are winning the war against ISIS as they have lost more then 21,000 square miles of territory since 2015.
