On October 10, President Donald Trump Tweeted, “Since Congress can’t get its act together on HealthCare, I will be using the power of the pen to give great HealthCare to many people – FAST.”   Then, October 12, he followed through with his Tweet and passed an executive order that began the process of dismantling Obamacare.  Later that night, he went on to stop the government subsidization of the health insurance for the poorest individuals.
