My Generation Photo Essay
My generation is usually portrayed as teens always on their phones using social media and finding it difficult to interact with people. I’m here to break this stereotype by showing you these pictures that symbolize the communication that teens have today. I walked into my teacher’s classrooms and captured the moments that teens were working together on their classwork assignments and communicating. The first pictures show that teens are not anti social and are more than capable working together with ease. The second picture is a student using his hands for woodworking. This shows the hard work some people put in other than just being on social media and on their phones. The last picture is teens sitting down at the lunch table enjoying their in-person interactions. With all these pictures I’ve shown that we are more than our phones and are totally capable of interacting.
