Jackson Bracken, an active student and athlete at Hall has incorporated his love of sports with the fundamentals of journalism in hopes to educate and create. You can find him working out, playing sports or spending time with family and friends. He hopes to spread information regarding topics he feels are important in the sports world, offering a window into a major aspect of his life through his work. 

Q1 What do you hope to add to Hallrecord?

A; I hope to write good stories and write articles that inspire people. 

Q2 What topics are you interested in specifically? 

A:– Sports and like stuff involving the gym, I lift year round now and I’m big into making my own workouts and personal fitness. 

Q3 How do you spend your time outside of school?

A:When I don’t have a sport after school,  I usually go to the gym then I’ll either just go home or go over to my girlfriends house.

Q4: What about journalism makes you hopeful for the future of journalism? 

A: I think that people need to know more, but we are heading in the right direction. I also think that people need to be more open to other points of view, if people can do that I think that there will be less conflict in the world.
