Q: Why did you take journalism?
A: Out of the options I was given, it sounded like the class that would provide me the most freedom. Journalism will give me the opportunity to pick my own topics, so I can write about something I find interesting.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: In my free time, I like to play guitar, write, draw. I also like to participate in our theatre department’s shows when I can. Since it’s cold out, not much else is happening right now. When it’s warmer out though, I like to skateboard and go on hikes.
Q: What do you like to write about?
A: Anything that I find engaging. I want to write about something complicated or hard to talk about, but find a lighthearted way to word it! Heavy topics, not-so-heavy writing. I have a huge interest in clinical psychology, so I’ll probably write about that.
Q: If you could be a fly on the wall in any time and place, where would you be?
A: That’s a good question! Well, since a fly’s life is already short, I would want to be a fly on The Titanic. I’ve always found that event so interesting for some reason.
