Joseph Landino is a senior at Hall High School who has a passion for knowledge and to have his voice heard. He likes fishing and traveling. He is also on the track team.

• What is your favorite memory that you have?

My favorite memory that I have was when I went fishing with my grandfather in the Bahamas and I caught a bone fish.

• What inspires you to write? 

I guess what inspires me to write is just learning more about something.

• Do you have any goals you want to accomplish as a journalist? 

My goal is just to choose a story that I’m interested in and to be able to write about it. And I guess one goal would be to do a story about something everybody talks about, but then actually get the truth behind it.

• Can you imagine any challenge you can face as a journalist?

A challenge that I would probably expect would be that it’d be a little too difficult to try and get a story, and not having enough time or resources to finish it.
