Julia Watters
Julia Watters, a senior and tennis player at Hall, choose to take journalism as her final English class, and is excited to take on a new style of writing.
Q: What are some of your favorite things to do outside of school?
A: I enjoy playing tennis with my friends, shopping, and going to the beach with my family and friends.
Q: What is your next step after graduating?
A: I want to travel this summer and spend time with my friends before we all leave. Also, I am going to attend college in the fall and although I haven’t committed anywhere, I’m planning to study in the business field.
Q: What is your dream and job?
A: Definitely something in the business world. I most interested in working in real estate, finance, or marketing.
Q: Why did you decide to take journalism?
A: I wanted to write articles that will be published and others could read. Also, I wanted to write about topics that interest me, like current events and the economy.
Q: What do you think journalism will do for you?
A: I think it’ll teach me how to be a better writer and how to make my stories interesting, yet informative for other people to read.
