Q: What is your favorite book?

A: My favorite book is this book I read in 7th grade called Some Kind of Happiness, it had a huge impact on me, I could really connect with the main character and their viewpoint, on top of that it was written differently than other books I’ve read and I liked that.

Q: Why are you taking journalism?

A: I think it’s one of the more interesting options for I class, and I think writing for the school newspaper would be a fun and creative opportunity.

Q: What are you planning on writing about on Hall Record?

A: I’d love to write about censorship issues. Maybe events that aren’t typically written about to see if I can make some kind of change with my writing.
