Xander Gish is a 17 year old senior who enjoys reading and playing video games in his free time. He wants to pursue journalism for the chance to interview interesting people.

Q: What made you the person you are today?

A: Probably my interest in reading mostly. I’ve always enjoyed reading and that probably shaped me into who I am more than anything else.

Q: Who do you look up to?

A:  My parents mostly, my dad’s very successful, so he’s always been  a great role model and helped me whenever I needed it.

Q: What do you like about journalism so far?

A:   I like the idea of interviewing people I think that sounds interesting.
