Hall Record

Visiting Burlington VT

Caroline Keating, Editor

Caroline Keating, an art enthusiast and loyal member of numerous clubs at Hall, elected this class to improve her writing skills and engage more effectively with her fellow students through writing that would bring light to many prevalent and essential issues that many face day-to-day.

Q: What are your current interests?

A: I do a lot of painting and drawing. I TA for an art class, take AP Art and do some commissions outside of school. I also like to hike.

Q: What do you look forward to doing in the future?

A: I want to go into something related to psychology, possibly through the medical route as a psychologist or social worker. I think in the field of psychology, art can be helpful, especially if I follow the therapy route.

Q: If you ever won the lottery, what would you do with the money and why?

A: With taxes and everything, I feel like you don't win that much money. So I'd probably invest most of it so that it can build on itself and spend the rest on a really nice pair of shoes or something.

Q: What are the words that have had the biggest impact on you in your life?

A: That's kind of hard. I don't know. Once my friend told me to keep yourself present: You don't always have to think about what's going to happen in the future because you are just going to worry yourself. Bring yourself back to the present because you can only worry about so much at once
