David Zhou is a 17 year old senior constantly looking to expand his knowledge while using journalism to better learn a sense of involvement with the community.

      Q: What are some of your hobbies?

      A: I love to exercise to stay fit as it helps my mood and read action related books because I am naturally drawn to them. I also enjoy talking with my friends. 

     Q: What is your favorite subject in school?

     A: Math because I find the concepts intriguing. I am hoping to apply it in my future career. 

     Q: Why did you decide to take journalism? 

     A: I want to be educated and informed about what is going on around in my school and in the larger sense, society.

     Q: What factors motivate you to do better?

     A: I always try to maintain positive thoughts and remind myself the importance of improving. This helps me to stay focus on tasks and not lose motivation. 

     Q: Where do you see yourself in 10-15 years?

     A: I see myself working in the business field and being able to impact change in that work field.
