Q: What do you like to do outside of school?
A: Outside of school, I work at Westmoor Park where I raise livestock and I am a camp counselor there. I play soccer in and outside of school, I’m a goalie. I also work at Rockledge Grille as a hostess, and I love to spend time with my friends and family.
Q: Why did you decide to take journalism?
A: I decided to take journalism because I am really interested in not only the world of politics, but also exposing the corruption within that.
Q: Who do you look up to the most?
A: Probably my sisters, the three of us are really close, and they are both older than me, so they are a big part of my life and a big inspiration to me.
Q: What advice in the past has helped shape who you are today?
A: My dad always said when my sisters and I were younger to be a leader and have confidence. So I try to keep those two things in my mind through everything: when I play soccer, I need to be a leader on the field and off the field, and in just any aspect, I really try to stay confident.
