Jake Long, Editor
Jake Long, a three-sport athlete is ready for any challenge headed his way. He is ready to enter the world of journalism and is eager to write about current events around Hall High School.
Q: What/who inspires you and why?
A: My dad inspires me because I have been around him my whole life and I follow what he does. He is just overall a good role model.
Q: What are some big responsibilities you have in your life?
A: Over the summer I worked at a bike shop where I sold bikes and also worked on bikes. This was a job where I could be responsible, but it was also a lot of fun.
Q: What else do you do for fun?
A: primarily, I play football in the fall and this is my first year playing, I wrestle in the winter, and I sprint for track in the spring.
Q: What prompted you to take journalism?
A: First of all, it was recommended to me by other people that took the class. It is also a class where I can write about what I want and not have to follow a prompt. Finally, I had to take it because Mrs. Fransen was the teacher.
