Trash Talk

Littering is a serious problem at Hall High School. Trash can be found in hallways, stairways and desks. Tables for eating are buried under lunch remains. Even with trash cans in every room, students still fail to properly dispose of their waste. Excessive trash creates an environment not suitable for learning. Students need to learn responsibility for their belongings; it is not the custodians’ job to pick up trash. Seniors Jenna Beaudoin and Chloe Polk saw this issue, and in response created the Be Better Club. Their primary goal is to decrease the amount of litter produced by students. Hall High School students need to be better.
