A Camp Hidden in the Mountains
Tucked away in Upper State New York, surrounded by the Adirondack Mountains, hides a summer camp. This little island camp shows its value not only in the relationships of its temporary inhabitants but also through its natural beauty. These photos cannot do justice to the blessing that this small island is to so many people. For visitors, stepping off the boat is all it takes for the unique atmosphere to welcomingly flood them. This camp has been another home to me for a few years now, and I will miss being there this coming summer. Every day is a new chance to experience the world and, the staff takes that to heart, continuously pushing campers to see the world around them. One little island makes a difference for many young girls every summer.
