If you’re looking for some cheap, but beautiful fresh flowers, Peterson’s Flower Farm in South Windsor is the place to go. With the “pick-your-own” and pay-by-pound system, the farm is the perfect pick for a warm summer day to enjoy with friends and family. Many young West Hartford residents often find themselves bored, asking “what’s there even to do here?” Even though WeHa has the beloved Blue Back Square, most students find themselves bored of it by the time high school rolls around. It can be tough to find entertaining ways to occupy our time. With new technology and the many distractions in our day-to-day life, we rarely are able to find and or have our own outdoor adventure. However, there are many relatively unknown spots near West Hartford, that provide a calming recreational area that anyone can enjoy! Between friends, family, and even yourself, sometimes we need a new, refreshing place to relax.
