With so much going on, it’s easy to overlook the small simple moments that can bring so much joy to our everyday lives. Sometimes all you have to do is look up, even if it is a gloomy dark day like the one displayed in the first image. The rainbow stretching from the tennis courts to the grass fields turns the gloomy scene into a more colorful sight for students making their way into the parking lot. Another simple pleasure can be found when you simply look down, as two dogs are lying with each other in the second photo. The ordinary scene of dogs playing together becomes more uplifting with the leg of the white dog cuddling the body of the black dog. Lastly, when you just take a moment to look at the people around you, seeing their laughter and joy can warm your own heart even without the bonfire.
