When people think of theater, their minds first go to the glitz and glamor of the shows. However, before the show begins, hours of hard work is put in by both the cast and the crew. At Hall, a vast majority of those people are students. It can be a frustrating, tiring time. Underfunded, and typically short on time and hands, work happens at a rapid pace. However, every little aspect of the show is important. You can’t have a play without a set or costumes. Commonly, the people and effort behind that facet can be overlooked in the grand scheme of things. Their time and labor should always be acknowledged by the audience members as they take in the show.
