Trump signed an executive order that allows him to make oil/gas refineries while being exempt from the rules of the Endangered species act. Trump soon plans to create oil drilling sites on the gulf of Mexico. This will have devastating effects on endangered species like the Rice’s whale that is critically endangered and will go extinct as a result of the court order.
