Connecting with Nature

Being born in today’s modern, concrete world can feel like a cage to some. Nature seems to have lost it’s beauty, when all we see is nothing but concrete and buildings. Getting in touch with the natural beauty of the natural world can be freeing, connecting us back to our roots. These pictures, taken in Vermont, are an example of the connection one can feel to nature if they just make somewhat of an effort to connect. In today’s day and age, it is harder than ever, but we must if we are to salvage the remaining natural world we have remaining. The ski lift, shown in the first and third picture, can almost symbolize the way that nature today is no longer pure. Everywhere has some sort of man made feature, a blemish in the beauty of the natural landscape.
