For exercise, there are many options to consider. You could be lifting weights in a gym, playing a sport, going for runs, and many, many more. I, however, go for something a little different. Parkour. The art of getting from point A to point B as quickly and stylishly as possible. This art, this practice, I believe is something that is truly special, and deserves more attention. Parkour has numerous benefits to it, it being probably the most fun way to get your cardio in due to all the running and jumping you do, and personally, I found that it has been a huge mood booster. Parkour has many different components to it, like vaults, hangs, and rolls. Unusual geometry, as well, is great for parkour, since it forces one to get creative. Overall, parkour, I feel, is a very interesting form of not only simple exercise, but also an art form.
