Mayhem at the Hall High School Parking Lot
As many of us know the Hall parking lot can be very hectic when leaving at the end of school. With everyone trying to leave the lot, it gets backed up and causes lots of chaos for people trying to funnel out at once. As cars are trying to all turn into one side of the lot at once, people end up taking risky maneuvers to try to beat others out. Multiple cars turning out of the same row at once and people cutting each other off is a serious problem. Buses parked on the side of the lot where cars are trying to leave also causes unnecessary traffic. There isn’t enough space in the parking lot for parents to pick up their kids, so they are forced to park on both sides of the road just outside the lot. With this, cars can’t get by without opposing one another because it essentially turns into a one-lane road.
