Hall Record

Senior Night for Hall Field Hockey

Allie Crawford, Editor

Eighteen-year-old Allie Crawford is a lively and charismatic student who attends Hall High School. Originally born in Russia, Allie was adopted at the age of 2 and has moved four times since arriving in the United States. She has lived in Ohio, Virginia, Texas, and now Connecticut with her parents and two brothers, Zach, age 22, and Landon, age 20. During the week, she enjoys working at Koma, a Japanese steakhouse, with her friend Matt, and is heavily involved in school sports. In her junior and senior year of high school, she received the All-State and All-Conference award as well as the All-Academic award for varsity field hockey. Involvement in sports has greatly helped Allie with the moving process: "Sports have impacted how I meet people. It was hard moving a lot so sports has made it easier for me to meet new people."

Apart from sports, Allie spends her free time painting and has a passion for Journalism. Although it is not her main focus, Journalism helps Allie to catch up on current events and engage in meaningful discussions with her peers.

After high school, Allie plans to attend Ohio Wesleyan University, playing field hockey as a forward. She hopes to continue her love for sports by pursuing a health science major in physical therapy.
