Anthony Hubbard, Editor

Anthony, a senior at hall, likes watching  action movies, hanging out with his friends, and plans to go to Uconn next year to study sports medicine. He also runs track and plans to continue running in college.

Who is your biggest inspiration?

I would say Miles Morales because he kind of has regular struggles as a high schooler. So he’s relatable, I guess you could say, because he’s got all these,  superpowers he still has to pull up to class on time and still has to do his homework. So it’s just like him, I can relate to the balance that he has to deal with.

Why did you decide to take journalism?

I always really been interested in journalism, and I feel it’s an interesting role to actually be the one who tells news, instead of just consuming it. So I always found journalism interesting, so I might as well just take the class and see how it goes. So far, it’s been pretty interesting.

What topics are you excited to write about

I kind of like the whole sound of exposing things like the bathrooms and the library. But I like to write about funny stuff too. So definitely the realistic and exposing things that are happening, and the exploratory stuff. And then also, the satire stuff that I saw out there.
