Casey Pyrro, Editor
Casey, a 17 year old outgoing lover of track and a senior at Hall High School, was looking for something to fill his schedule when he stumbled upon Journalism.
Q: Okay, first question, why did you join this class?
A: I chose this class because I was looking for a semester elective …but now that I’m in this class, I’m super excited about journalism and how to write without bias…
Q: Okay. Where do you feel most at home?
A: I’d say either out on the track or in the band room…I’ve done band for, I guess, nine years now…So I guess the band room with all my friends.
Q: What are you most passionate about?
A: Probably the track. That’s where I have the most fun right now.
Q: Are you involved in your school? If so, what clubs are you involved in?
A: Yeah, so I’m in CJB, Concert Jazz Band. I also run Cross Country and Track, both Indoor and Outdoor.
Q: Yeah. What is your favorite memory?
A: …So many good ones. This is a hard question. I think my favorite memory is one of my first. My parents took me down to Essex to see the steam trains because I was big into trains when I was a little kid.
