Dane Peevy, is new to Connecticut, has traveled far and wide, but he’s already made Hall High School a place to be and has much to report.

Q: What is the first thing people get to know about you?

A: My name.  It’s short for Daniel, which is my Dad’s middle name.

Q:  What, besides you name, is the most important thing your parents have taught you?

A:  My mom has taught me to keep my head on straight and not worry.  This has worked really well because every day I focus on making it the best I can.

Q:  Do you focus on journalism?

A:  I took a photography class in my sophomore year and that was my introduction to journalism.

Q:   What things do you think you want to write about for the school newspaper?

A:  I’m interested in school policies and quality of life in the school.  I have a lot to compare it to because I’ve attended 8 different schools due to my dad’s job.
