Senior Grace Druckenmiller took journalism to discover the stories hiding in our community and share them with the public. She knows the importance of journalism and is excited to use it to bring our community closer together.
Q: What motivates you in life and why?
A: My friends and family motivate me the most because they are always pushing me in the right direction and helping me challenge myself.
Q: What are some of your hobbies?
A: Outside of school I like to play sports such as field hockey and lacrosse. I also work in a restaurant as a hostess.
Q: What are your greatest strengths in writing?
A: When writing I carefully choose my words and proofread a lot, so I think those are my biggest strengths, but I am still looking to learn more.
Q: What does Journalism mean to you?
A: To me, journalism is a means of communication for society, so I am really excited to learn more about our community at Hall and this class.
Q: What are you looking forward to writing about in Hall Records?
A: I’m excited to write about school controversies and hot topics within students because I feel like those are the articles that people would want to see the most.
Q: Why do you think journalism is so important?
A: I think journalism is important because it brings together society by making everyone informed on the same topics.
