Q: Do you have a favorite writing memory, like a favorite piece of writing that you wrote?
A: Maybe one of my alternate histories. These take place in an alternate timeline. Some are historically based, and some are futuristic. I don’t have a specific favorite, though.
Q: What’s your favorite genre to write about?
A: A current favorite is to write about 50 years in the future. There are many geopolitical scenarios that could unfold within that timeline.
Q: What’s not very good with your writing?
A: I tend not to elaborate. I also have some interesting grammatical choices that are technically correct, but kind of odd.
Q: What makes you want to write?
A: I don’t know. I’ve always had kind of an active imagination, especially for fictional writing.
Q: How will you relate your love of fiction to journalism?
A: My interest in geopolitics is very relevant to current events. My love of countries can be the subject of endless articles.
