Q: What are your plans for after high school?
A: I plan on going to college and majoring in Special Education. After college, I plan on working as a Special Education teacher.
Q: Why did you take Journalism this year?
A: I needed another credit for English, and my brother had taken this class and really liked it, so he suggested that I take it. I also think journalism is very important, so I was interested to learn more about it.
Q: Why do you think journalism is important?
A: I think journalism is so important because it helps the general public understand what is going on in the world and learn about important information they wouldn’t otherwise have access to. We need journalism to make informed decisions in our lives.
Q: How do you see this class impacting your life in the future?
A: I think taking this class will not only make me a better writer, but also help me improve my listening and observational skills. I also think my knowledge of journalism as a whole will improve and hopefully help me better understand the media that I am consuming.
