Tali Altimari, Editor
Tali signed up for this course in hopes of obtaining a better understanding how her parents, who are both journalists, create a article.
Q: How would you describe yourself?
A: I would describe myself as a very kind and funny person. I think overall I like to do what’s best for other people and I care alot about other people.
Q: What do you do outside of school?
A: I’m on the swim team, and I’m also a part of Westmoors’ 4-H club, and I actually have a sheep; her name is Livy. I also work at a daycare in the school year and then over the summer I work at a summer camp and I love it.
Q: Why did you decide to take this class?
A: Both of my parents are Journalists. My dad works for the CT Mirror and my mom works for the Hartford Courant. I grew up with them always on phone calls and writing stories and I just thought it was really, really cool and I kind of wanted a piece of the action.
Q:What do you hope to accomplish in this class?
A:I hope that I can get a pretty good understanding of what it takes to be a journalist and what it takes to go out and write a article.
