I come to this website with over 20 years teaching experience. Journalism is my favorite class because it combines everything I love, including writing, reading, history, current events, and social activism. In the end, I hope my students are empowered by this real-world medium where everything you’ve learned in school finally connects with everything you care about in life. Too many people – young and old -underestimate the power of their voice, but after taking this class, you will “let it ring”!
