Q: What were your first impressions of Journalism?
A: I went into Journalism not knowing much about the news. But so far, I’ve learned a lot about why the news is important, why we should care about it, and how informs me.
Q: What are you passionate about?
A: My main passion right now is aviation, and it’s something I want to continue after high school. I’ve been taking flying lessons for over a year now and I really enjoy it, it gives me a lot of perspective.
Q: Who inspires you?
A: Definitely my Pa. He taught me how to be kind, and he always went above and beyond for my parents, so I hope I can be like him in my future.
Q: How do you want to be remembered?
A: I really want to help change gender-based stereotypes for future generations. I’d love to help introduce more girls to subjects that they wouldn’t normally look at.
