Lockers in Today’s High School Bonanza
Are lockers even being used anymore? Now more than ever, school lockers are practically a waste. The abundance of lockers at Hall have been narrowing our hallways and serve no purpose to the students who have to remain mobile. The inconvenience of small size and far locations of lockers make it impossible for them to be used, when the space being occupied could be used for beneficial purposes. The lockers at hall high school don’t provide adequate space for school supplies. The locks on a handful of the lockers are not functional either, leaving students’ property at risk throughout the day. So why are there so many lockers at Hall High School? Does anybody use their locker let alone even know where theirs is? Removing the lockers could have potential to alleviate congestion in the halls during passing time.
