Beneath the beauty of the natural world lies a dark truth — whether by carelessness or blatant disregard, humans have burnt a path of destruction into our now fragile and tainted planet. Where there was grass, there now is litter. Where there was life, there is now plastic. Even when placed carefully in the bin, trash still remains accessible, and likely hazardous, to wild animals such as bears and racoons. With plastic seeming to frame society as we rely on it more and more, and with raw nature fading as the ocean morphs to a landfill, what more can we do?
