Brett Berman, Editor
Brett Berman was born on January 10, 2002. He has lived in West Hartford in whole life. There is a special place in his heart for rowing, which he has been following for five years now. Now a senior at Hall High School, Brett has begun to narrow in on his future and would like to study business and potentially be a real estate agent. “I want to go into the family business, all while working hand in hand with my dad.”
Brett chooses to be a journalist because he thinks “journalism seems like an interesting class to be able to share your thoughts and let people know what you are thinking.” As dedicated as he is to share his thoughts, Brett also wants to be a motivational speaker so he can help others realize that they should always “go after their dreams and nothing can ever hold you back.” Similarly, Brett would make a difference by “letting people around the school know that reading the newspaper is a good idea because it allows for the writer’s voice to be heard.”
An interesting fact about Brett is that his dog “is 100% my best friend, I tell her everything.” Along with his tight relationship with his dog Ruby, his parents are quite supportive of his goals and dreams in life.
