Q: Who is someone that inspires you?

A: Among many other people, I would say my older brother inspires me. He’s very hard-working and outgoing, and he really goes after what he wants. He’s motivated and ambitious, which I also strive to be.

Q:  What activities or sports are you interested in?

A:  I used to play a few sports through through Hall, like field hockey and tennis. Now, I am really involved in Hall’s theatre program. I am the set designer for Hall's upcoming play and vice president of Hall’s International Thespians Society Troupe. I’m also very involved in Community Service; I’m co-president of Hall’s Community Service Club. Overall, I just like to try new things and connect with people.

Q: What is something that you like to do in your free time?

A: I love to read; I would say that I’m an avid reader. I really like to get other perspectives on things, no matter the genre. I read fantasy, dystopian, biographies and memoirs, realistic fiction, non-fiction, and everything in between.

Q: What made you take Journalism over an AP class which might look better on a college resume?

A: I think it’s really important to seek the truth. While you can do that through any English class, this class specializes in it. When choosing classes, I felt like Journalism would help me learn how to ask the hard questions, have deeper conversations, and get to the bottom of things.
