Sami Farber, Editor

Known for her caring, down to earth, and crazy personality, the newest Hall Record Editor named Samantha (Sami) Farber, is a 17-year-old senior at Hall High School. She was born on June 28, 2002, in Hartford, Connecticut.

Sami lived in Avon, Connecticut for four months before moving to West Hartford, where she attended Bugbee Elementary School and King Philip Middle School. Next year, she will fulfill her dream of going to the University of Maryland.

During free time, Sami enjoys playing varsity field hockey and lacrosse, but, aside from sports, she has always had a special interest in writing.

When asked why Journalism sparked an interest, Sami replied, “I’ve always loved to write, and I think that Journalism provides students with a great way to get information and forces them to make conversation.” Sami hopes that this class will make students more aware of what’s going on in the world today.
