On a beautiful day in spring, teens from Hall High School gather in Eisenhower Park to play grass volleyball.
Teens are often portrayed in the media as a group that is more isolated, and lazy, than ever, however this is not true. All 3 of my images show groups of teens gathering together, developing teamwork, cooperating, and being active. Whether it be through volleyball, skipping rocks, or completing a ropes course these images defy the idea that teens are isolated, and inactive, showing how we still come together to experience each other’s company. I hope these images go to show how we are not in fact isolated, or lazy, I hope you can see the joy and community that is found all around us.
